Good Wolf Wellness is out-of-network with insurance providers. This allows for flexible, confidential, and individualized care. Many patients are still able to receive partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill (a detailed receipt) to their insurance company. For full details, visit the Fees & Insurance page.

Payment is due at the time of booking. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including HSA and FSA cards, through a secure online portal. You’ll receive a confirmation once your payment is processed and your appointment is reserved.

Currently, all appointments are offered for people living in Illinois. The majority of my availability is via telehealth, with limited sessions available for in-person visits upon request. Additional in-person availability may be added in the future.

At this time, care is focused on adults (18+) residing in Illinois. I am happy to work with adult family members of athletes/performers. Additional age ranges for younger teens may be added in the future.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to the full session fee. You can easily reschedule through the secure patient portal.

Yes. I work with competitive athletes, including those subject to anti-doping regulations. When medication is clinically indicated, I am familiar with therapeutic use exemption (TUE) processes and provide appropriate documentation to support appropriate care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
