This model removes many of the limitations insurance can place on visit length, frequency, and treatment choices. This ensures your care is guided by clinical judgment, not paperwork.

Current Fees

  • Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (60 min): $599

  • 30 minute follow-up visit (Integrative Psychotherapy + Med Management): $299

  • 45 minute follow-up visit (Integrative Psychotherapy + Med Management): $399

Payment & Booking

Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. All major credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards, are accepted through a secure online portal. You’ll receive a confirmation once your payment is processed and your appointment is scheduled.

Out-of-Network Benefits

Good Wolf Sports Psychiatry is considered out-of-network (OON) with insurance providers.
Many patients are still able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company for out-of-network mental health services.

Upon request, you’ll be provided with a superbill. This is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Coverage varies by plan, so it’s best to contact your insurance provider directly to ask:

  • “What is my reimbursement rate for out-of-network psychiatry visits?”

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee. If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible to ensure availability.
